This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

To undertake outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and meeting targets for setting discovery and demo appointments for the sales team. A strong communicator with a passion for building relationships and generating sales opportunities.

  • Identify and research potential customers through various channels (e.g. Hubspot, Cognism, Honch, cold calling, email, LinkedIn).
  • Balance verbal and electronic channels of engagement to accelerate engagement with senior stakeholders within prospects.
  • Engage and nurture C-suite level prospects in large enterprise organisations to initiate senior engagement in the sales cycle. 
  • Generate target volume of qualified leads by understanding customer needs and outreaching with appropriate messaging.
  • Assess lead quality and determine their potential to become customers.
  • Manage and nurture qualified leads to convert to Expressions of Interest.
  • Effectively communicate with prospects to build relationships.
  • Provide support to the sales team by gathering necessary information about the prospect and providing relevant context for the sales engagement. 
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of activities and prospect interactions in HubSpot CRM.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to continually refine and improve outreach communications. 
  • Support other activities as required by the Sales Team.
  • Proactively propose ongoing improvements to activity to improve engagement.

Skills/Attributes:

  • Proven track record in sales, with outsourced HR advisory sales.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • B2B sales experience is essential.
  • Confidence in engaging C-suite personas.
  • Strong organisational and time management.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (ideally Hubspot) and sales tools, like LinkedIn Sales Nav and Cognism.
  • A positive and energetic attitude.
  • Solid documentation and reporting capability.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Clear communicator and good at building relationships at all levels (both internally and externally).
  • Self-motivated sales person.
  • Team player who will work effectively with Sales Team colleagues with also the skills and attitude to work independently on certain tasks.
